What you will do

• Address platform inquiries with speed and accuracy, meeting required service level agreements (SLAs).
• Perform transactional functions to support business and associate team members.
• Maintain data integrity and optimize business processes.
• Identify opportunities to increase platform usage and convert them into outcomes.
• Generate data quality reports and metrics, providing insights to the team.
• Provide general support for the team.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Williamsville, NY, United States of America.
• Two-year college degree or equivalent experience, or minimum 3 years functional experience.
• Alternatively, High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years functional experience, preferably at a senior level.
• Knowledge of professional, effective communication techniques and customer care.
• Skilled in personal computing, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel; strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work as a team member, analyze data to provide meaningful insights and trends, and operate with urgency and results orientation.
