What you will do
- Build, execute, and lead operational improvements to optimize go-to-market segmentation and business initiatives for partners.
- Analyze existing data and map partner workflows across marketing, sales, and service to identify gaps and prioritize revenue plays.
- Lead partners in developing and delivering Go-to-Market strategies with effective project management and timely execution.
- Drive organizational change management by engaging senior stakeholders and overseeing key project deliveries.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant sales and marketing operations roles within high-growth companies, or in a Professional Services delivery role.
- Ability to command meetings, lead conversations, communicate clearly, and drive stakeholders to decisions.
- Proficiency in mapping partner processes across marketing, sales, and service to perform gap analysis and prioritize revenue plays.
- Strong strategic thinking to break down complex problems and systematically find solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to define and manage KPIs, driving insights to develop and deliver revenue strategies.
- Proven project and organizational management experience, including engaging senior stakeholders and owning project delivery.
- Must be a US-based employee.
