What you will do

  • Lead customer and field marketing programs in EMEA for high-touch and premium segments.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to prioritize accounts and refine regional go-to-market execution.
  • Design and implement the EMEA event calendar, managing regional marketing budget decisions.
  • Localize global campaigns to resonate with EMEA and DACH audiences.
  • Drive inbound opportunities and influence pipeline growth through targeted engagement.
  • Track, measure, and optimize based on KPIs to continually improve regional marketing operations.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of B2B or SaaS marketing experience with a focus on field, customer, or revenue-aligned marketing.
  • Commercial mindset with a track record of owning regional programs, events, and budget decisions.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working comfortably with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • German language skills at a professional level are required.
  • Ability to balance execution with analysis and continuous improvement.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, Braze).
