Community Manager (Gamedev)

Location: Stockholm (Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day optional remote)

What you will do

• Act as the public face for games and lead player conversations in owned channels.
• Develop community strategy, including communication planning and activity scheduling.
• Collaborate with production and marketing teams to curate feedback and deliver community assets.
• Manage community KPIs and drive positive sentiment.
• Build and maintain relationships with community ambassadors, creators, and influencers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in community management.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with community sentiment tools and social media platforms.
• Experience in asset creation and basic video editing.
• Deep passion for gaming and understanding of the community.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Warhammer franchise, especially Warhammer 40,000.
• Experience working with IP owners or in a Games as a Service (GaaS) environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with live streaming and influencer collaborations.
