TL;DR

Spend Management Account Executive (Fintech): Growing the client base and helping finance leaders achieve visibility and control over company spend with an accent on consultative sales and understanding client needs. Focus on sourcing and closing new accounts, refining go-to-market strategies, and providing customer input for the product roadmap.

Location: Fully remote within the U.S. only, allowing you to work from home or location of record within the U.S. with no in-office requirements.

Salary: $85,000–$113,800/yr

What you will do

  • Consult with Finance leaders (CFOs, Controllers, VPs, Directors) to help them achieve full visibility and better control over all non-payroll company spend.
  • Source, progress, and close new accounts through a consultative and insight-driven sales approach.
  • Prepare and present proposals and provide appropriate follow-up throughout the sales process.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quota for your territory.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to refine and build go-to-market strategies, product pitch, and ideal customer profile.
  • Provide valuable input into the product roadmap and be the voice of the customer for the product management and engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Location: Must work from home or location of record within the U.S.
  • Availability: Must be available five days per week during designated work hours.
  • Proven success of 2 to 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in selling to companies in the FinTech space.
  • Exceptional technical aptitude; passion for understanding technology and communicating its benefits to both technical and non-technical prospects.
  • Strong interest in B2B SaaS and the greater financial ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated pipeline building capabilities along with success in building both internal and external referral channels.
  • Strong presentation presence and product demonstration skills.
