Focus on executing long term sales strategies with customers, educating clients on industry best practices and trends.

Location: Remote (USA). This role can be based in Zone 1- San Francisco Bay Area CA (includes HQ), New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles County; Zone 2- CA (Non San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles County), Austin TX, Massachusetts; Zone 3 -Utah (includes Utah office), Houston TX, Florida, North Carolina

Salary: $144,300 - $173,100 USD (Zone 1); $129,900 - $155,800 USD (Zone 2); $122,600 - $147,100 USD (Zone 3)

What you will do

  • Achieve monthly revenue goals by qualifying, developing, and closing sales in Accounting and Wealth Management firms.
  • Identify, understand, and align customer problems with hirify.global’s Accounting and Wealth Management firm solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demos via web conferencing tools.
  • Educate clients on hirify.global as well as consult on industry best practices and trends.
  • Plan and execute long-term sales strategies with customers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of software/SaaS inside sales experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals using a high-volume calling environment.
  • Ability to develop and execute customer-focused, consultative sales skills.
  • Sales experience at a tech company.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Professional presence and confident, articulate communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with awareness and experience using SaaS applications.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience selling to CPAs, Accounting firms, bookkeepers, or banks.
  • Industry knowledge of Accounting Firms and experience in channel selling or FinTech.
