Salary: $141,600 - $175,100 USD (Remote, US excluding SF Bay Area, Seattle, NYC, LA); $157,100 - $193,600 USD (SF Bay Area, Seattle, NYC, LA)

What you will do

• Own all aspects of Salesforce user and license management, including SSO access and periodic reviews.
• Ensure SOX compliance by managing access governance, audit evidence, and remediation of access risks.
• Manage sandbox environments, including refresh schedules and coordination with release timelines.
• Lead Salesforce release management for bi-weekly sprint deployments using Copado.
• Proactively maintain Salesforce platform health, including security reviews and seasonal updates.
• Configure Salesforce functionality, including workflows, Process Builder, Flow, and custom settings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7–8 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, including release ownership in complex environments.
• Hands-on experience managing Salesforce releases using Copado or similar Salesforce CI/CD tools.
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features and capabilities.
• Ability to build and maintain custom Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting integrated GTM technologies such as Gong, Outreach, or LeanData.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant.
• Experience evaluating and implementing AI-powered GTM tools.
• Understanding of AI governance and data ethics.
