TL;DR

Senior Salesforce Developer (AI/ML): Building and evolving Salesforce-based enterprise solutions supporting core Sales and Service workflows with an accent on complex implementations, scalability, and modern Salesforce capabilities. Focus on designing and implementing integrations, ensuring quality standards, and continuous platform improvement.

Location: Remote or hybrid within Mexico

Our client is an early-stage technology startup focused on helping enterprise customers unlock the full value of their customer identity data through an AI- and ML-powered platform.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, and declarative tools.
  • Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure quality, performance, and security standards.
  • Coordinate technical work with offshore Salesforce developers.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, releases, and production stability, collaborating with Product, Delivery, and Integration teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, and Salesforce security model.
  • Experience building and consuming REST / SOAP integrations.
  • Understanding of asynchronous and event-driven patterns.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I.
  • English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Experience Cloud (LWR) and Salesforce Data Cloud.
