TL;DR

Senior Systems Specialist (FP&A): Design, develop, maintain, and administer the EPM platform (Pigment) and related financial systems. Focus on optimizing business processes, managing integrations with applications like NetSuite, Workday, and SFDC, and ensuring data integrity for financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.

Location: Hybrid. Candidates are accepted from North America (US and Canada, excluding Quebec). If located near hubs (Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto), candidates are expected to work in the office a minimum of twice per week on designated Anchor Days.

Salary: $114,500–$154,900 CAD

What you will do

• Serve as the architectural subject matter expert for the EPM Solution (Pigment).
• Maintain FP&A integrations with NetSuite, Workday, SFDC, and Looker.
• Evaluate hirify.global’s business processes and develop process improvements optimizing the use of FP&A tooling.
• Manage issues, provide technical support, and resolve bugs relating to the EPM Solution.
• Administer user licenses and permissioning for the EPM Solution, ensuring proper controls for sensitive data.
• Develop and deliver instructional materials for users to enable system adoption.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in designing and implementing EPM solutions.
• Proven experience in developing models for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Extensive experience in aligning application development with business needs.
• Solution-oriented personality with an emphasis on strong collaboration and communication.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Extensive experience developing and administering solutions in Pigment.
• Prior experience working within or closely with FP&A teams.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Experience designing systems with strong internal controls.
• Keen interest in improving your craft by using AI.
