What you will do
- Lead kickoff and onboarding calls with new clients post-sale to establish trust and clarity.
- Confirm scope, timelines, and deliverables with clients.
- Guide clients toward realistic strategies and best practices, articulating and quantifying success metrics.
- Address unrealistic expectations constructively while strengthening client relationships.
- Document kickoffs clearly and consistently in structured onboarding summaries.
- Handoff clients to Account Management with alignment on goals, priorities, and next steps.
Requirements
- Confident, polished communicator able to lead client conversations and sell ideas.
- Experienced in digital marketing, client strategy, account management, sales, or onboarding.
- Able to constructively challenge clients without damaging trust.
- Highly organised, structured, strategic in mindset, and practical in execution.
- Fluent in English.
- Must be technical, analytical, results-driven, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must provide own workstation, computer, headset, and reliable internet connection.
- Must be prepared to work standard business hours in the Pacific Time Zone.
- Must provide valid government-issued photo ID, proof of SIN, and proof of residential address as part of onboarding.
