What you will do
- Ensure customers successfully integrate with the product and are satisfied with the results.
- Understand enterprise organizational needs and roles to manage prioritizations effectively.
- Help craft and dictate internal and external narratives for customer success.
- Manage engineering time to prioritize important customer work.
- Field and troubleshoot customer support requests.
- Create and update customer documentation and training materials.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of professional experience dealing directly with customers and large organizations in customer success, technical account management, or solutions consulting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of and experience interacting with APIs.
- Ability to quickly understand organizational roles and craft clear narratives.
- Ability to convince and motivate others.
- Enjoy interacting with customers and solving new problems daily.
- Ability and desire to learn quickly, think outside the box, and come up with solutions.
- Must be able to work from anywhere across EMEA, covering French customers.
