Continuous Improvement & Operations Manager (Supply Chain)

Location: Flexible across fulfilment sites in the Netherlands, including Utrecht, Eindhoven, Rotterdam, Heerenveen, Zwolle, Nijmegen, Geldermalsen, Ridderkerk, Berkel en Rodenrijs, and Dordrecht. Location flexibility is required for the Operations team.

What you will do

• Lead daily operations for an inbound or outbound area and supervise one shift on the floor each week.
• Own daily and weekly performance across safety, quality, productivity, delivery capacity, cost, completeness, timeliness, and perfect deliveries.
• Lead teams across multiple shifts, supporting engagement, retention, and captain leadership.
• Manage major incidents, productivity inputs, and planning escalations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support Lean activities that remove operational friction.
• Use data and KPIs to turn analysis into concrete process improvements and consistent execution.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of supply chain experience.
• Experience managing high-volume, high-SKU workflows in automated, semi-automated, or manual fulfilment environments.
• Strong analytical skills and high competence with data analysis tools.
• Proven ability to lead teams and familiarity with Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Fluent English required; Dutch is preferred.
