What you will do
- Administer and maintain the Litify system, including user management, permissions, and security settings.
- Configure and optimize case management, calendaring, and docketing workflows.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
- Monitor system performance and implement updates, patches, and integrations.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, user guides, and training materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience administering legal case management or docketing software; Litify experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of legal workflows, calendaring, and document management systems.
- Experience with Salesforce platform.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data security and confidentiality.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Prior Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience at a civil litigation law firm.
- Experience with legal compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of workflow automation and integration tools.
- Project management experience.
