What you will do

• Lead and manage a global Desktop Support team.
• Operate within a fast-paced trading environment.
• Oversee 2nd line support activities and escalations.
• Provide broad 2nd line desktop support.
• Support Microsoft environments including Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office365.
• Work with Azure environments and use PowerShell for administration and automation.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience managing a Support team, ideally within a global setup.
• Strong Microsoft-oriented skillset including Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Office365.
• Strong PowerShell experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business.
