Lead Implementation Ops (HR)

TL;DR

Lead Implementation Ops (HR): Providing coverage and support to the Implementation Setup Specialist Team with an accent on coaching, mentoring, and leadership. Focus on identifying areas of success, providing feedback for improvement, and maintaining implementation success.

Location: This is a 100% in-office role based at our Meridian, ID location. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position. Candidates must be able to work on-site five days per week during designated work hours.

Salary: $57,200 - $72,000/yr

What you will do

• Supervise operations for the designated team and supervise the work of the assigned group on a day-to-day basis, including delegation of work assignments.
• Provide support, coaching, and development of new and existing team members.
• Facilitate communication and expectations through regularly occurring meetings, 1:1s, or team huddles.
• Troubleshoot escalated client/departmental issues and offer client solutions that align to both satisfaction and organizational direction.
• Act as the primary contact for new hires and partner with the ISA Team and L&D to make recommendations for supplemental training for all team members.
• Mentor/coach peers as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum two years’ experience in an Implementation role required.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Must have a complete understanding of hirify.global’s implementation standards, policies, and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to sit for extended periods.
• Must be able to operate a computer, use phone systems, and type.
