Salary: USD $87,400.00 - USD $162,200.00 /Yr.

What you will do
- Make sound decisions with limited information, reprioritize daily, and maintain composure under pressure.
- Anticipate needs, identify risks, and prepare the leader with proactive solutions and options.
- Design and maintain an intentional calendar that protects focus time and sequences meetings effectively.
- Provide strategic oversight and execution for meetings, offsites, and key engagements.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and daily itineraries.
- Represent the leader and hirify.global’s values through professional written and verbal communication.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Administrative, Business Support, or customer service with emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration for leaders; OR Bachelor's Degree in a related field AND 3+ years of similar experience; OR equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting multiple Vice Presidents in a complex, matrixed organization OR providing executive-level support to a C-suite leader.
- Experience providing business operations support, including offsite planning, and onboarding coordination.
- Ability to travel up to 20% to support business and/or customer needs, including local, domestic and international locations.
