Location: Hybrid role based in Redmond, WA, requiring regular onsite support at least once per week.

Salary: USD $87,400.00 - USD $162,200.00 /Yr.

What you will do

  • Make sound decisions under pressure and reprioritize effectively.
  • Anticipate needs, identify risks, and prepare the leader with proactive solutions.
  • Manage logistics for meetings and offsites, including schedules and communication.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Represent hirify.global’s values through professional communication and act as a liaison between teams.
  • Seek opportunities to improve processes and outcomes continuously.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience with emphasis on scheduling, event planning, and travel management.
  • Experience supporting multiple Vice Presidents or providing executive-level support to a C-suite leader.
  • Experience providing business operations support, including offsite planning and onboarding coordination.

Nice to have

  • Ability to travel up to 20% to support business needs, including local, domestic and international locations.
  • Ability to oversee compliance to various standards, procedures, rules, and regulations.
