Salary: $117,000–$155,000 annual

What you will do

• Collaborate with Sr. Director to define strategic objectives and drive revenue growth for IP Licensing.
• Identify business development opportunities, secure new business across licensed product categories, and evaluate licensees.
• Oversee licensing operations, including style guide development, promotional materials, and retail placement grids.
• Support financial processes, develop sales strategies, and track financial programs with assigned accounts.
• Manage relationships with licensees and coordinate with licensors to ensure product development and compliance.
• Oversee logistics and attendance for trade shows and industry events.
• Develop and execute retail and licensing strategies to drive product placement, marketing, and sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in licensing business, preferably in the video game, animation, or entertainment industry.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Strong budget-management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of licensing business (business terms, licensee relations, approval process, product categories).
• High level of organization and the ability to work autonomously.
