What you will do

• Define esports outcomes and a unified player experience vision specifically for Teamfight Tactics.
• Oversee the holistic player experience across live events, broadcasts, marketing, and partnerships.
• Refine and evolve programs like the TFT Open & Pro Circuit to adapt to game growth and new data.
• Collaborate with regional teams to align global strategies with local player needs and amplify execution.
• Manage P&L and track key health metrics, including viewership (AMA/PCU) and audience engagement.
• Act as a global esports craft lead, setting high-performance standards across multiple titles.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product leadership experience in esports or product management.
• Proven track record of creating and articulating clear product visions and strategies.
• Deep understanding of the TFT esports ecosystem, including major players and structural dynamics.
• Experience collaborating with streamers and content creators to build supportive programs.
• Ability to manage complex, matrixed, and distributed international teams, including teams in China.
• Experience with holistic product P&L ownership and management.
