What you will do
- Execute ecosystem growth strategy for XRPL, adapting to local regulatory and market conditions.
- Discover, evaluate, and support high-potential startups and developers building on XRPL.
- Build alliances with accelerators, VCs, FinTech, and ecosystem service providers.
- Guide startups from early-stage concept through successful mainnet deployment.
- Shape go-to-market strategies based on ecosystem performance and market feedback.
- Supervise regulatory developments and assess their impact on tokenization and digital asset adoption.
Requirements
- 5–8 years in venture capital, ecosystem partnerships, FinTech or TradFi growth, or related roles.
- Proven track record in structuring and leading partnerships with early-stage teams or strategic collaborators.
- Experience operating across markets with diverse regulatory and business environments.
- Strong growth and metrics fluency, including funnel optimization and partnership performance benchmarking.
- Technical understanding sufficient to engage product and infrastructure teams on feasibility assessments.
- Solid understanding of financial instruments, market structure, and regulatory frameworks.
