Location: Primarily based in Toronto, Canada; other office locations may be possible.

Salary: CA$163,900–CA$245,900 annually

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design for the global money management suite focused on stablecoins and cross-border transactions.
• Design intuitive interfaces for managing digital currencies, settling cross-border transactions, and bridging fiat with blockchain networks.
• Create seamless on-ramp and off-ramp experiences between fiat (ACH, SEPA) and stablecoin rails (Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Base).
• Build workflows for businesses to launch their own coins, manage reserve ratios, and track liquidity.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and UXR teams to define roadmaps and goals based on customer outcomes and validate solutions.
• Partner with content design to craft compelling user experiences with timely and relevant information.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant design experience at a tech, product-driven company.
• Experience working with and leading changes to an established design system.
• Experience collaborating with engineering to support UI development.
• Ability to work autonomously on large-scale initiatives.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, visual design, interaction design, and prototyping skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects at different paces and prioritizing time.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of Web3 primitives (wallets, smart contracts, gas fees, L1/L2 networks) and abstracting them for non-technical users.
• Experience designing for treasury management, B2B payments, or cross-border financial systems.
• Skilled in explaining work, process, and decisions to stakeholders and seeking feedback.
• Value working with a diverse group and committed to building a sustainable business.
