Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA (3 days in office per week). Relocation assistance is offered to new employees. Travel is expected up to twice per year.

Salary: $234,000–$260,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead and scale a high-performing sourcing execution organization (Category Coordinators, commercial negotiators, Contract Delivery Lead).
• Design and run the sourcing execution operating model from stakeholder engagement through negotiation and signature.
• Own end-to-end low-risk contracting throughput, including disciplined redlining, approvals, and contract hygiene.
• Apply AI intentionally to increase speed and consistency in sourcing and contracting workflows.
• Co-build with Legal the enablement layer for low-risk deals, including playbooks, clause library, and approved fallback positions.
• Build the talent and quality system for consistent execution at scale, covering onboarding, training, and QA.
• Ensure complete diligence and clean documentation on every deal, triggering required reviews.
• Run the business with metrics and operational rigor, improving throughput and reducing bottlenecks.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and tooling adoption across workflows.
• Maintain executive-grade operating cadence and proactive stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• Must have built or led a high-volume procurement execution or contract operations function with clear SLA ownership and strong stakeholder satisfaction.
• Experience designing and managing distributed delivery models, including contractor and BPO capacity.
• Strong command of software and services commercial terms and quick-turn negotiations.
• Operate with a white-glove service mindset under pressure, handling escalations effectively.
• Ability to use metrics as a management system to diagnose bottlenecks and improve performance.
• Practical experience applying AI in sourcing and contracting workflows while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
• Strong people leadership fundamentals, including hiring, performance management, and coaching.
• Ability to partner effectively across Legal, Security, Privacy, Finance, and Procurement Operations.
