What you will do

• Run readiness checks and lead data modeling to validate solution design and accelerate decisions.
• Monitor attack surfaces and vulnerabilities, track telemetry or recurring inspection signals, report trends, and capture potential health checks.
• Identify and articulate expansion opportunities, review consumption trends, and schedule checkpoint reviews.
• Engage CISO/CIO stakeholders for risk, status, and opportunity discussions; synthesize inputs from account health and QBRs.
• Support Account Executives on in-depth VDP technical topics and expansion motions; influence roadmap priorities with Customer Success Engineer counterparts.
• Guide customers with technical best practices, product how-to, product updates, and educating customers to maximize their product value.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of hirify.global products and/or similar technologies/backup methodologies.
• Deep understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Demonstrated ability to engage CISO/CIO stakeholders on risk, resilience, and modernization roadmaps.
• Hands-on experience with solution design, POCs, telemetry monitoring, and maturity modeling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate technical concepts and present to groups in person or remotely.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Industry-based experience in storage, network, and/or cloud-based technologies.
• Experience working with monitoring tools and frameworks.
• Experience in data life-cycle management.
• VMCE certification or other industry-relevant professional certifications.
• Advanced degree.
