What you will do

• Lead 2-3 product demonstrations daily, showcasing hirify.global's AI-powered communication platform to small business owners.
• Own the "Proof of Concept" phase, assisting customers with initial system setup and testing of AI features.
• Partner with Account Executives to answer technical questions and act as a bridge between customer needs and technology.
• Become an expert in hirify.global's cutting-edge AI technology and global cloud telephony infrastructure.
• Utilize specialized tools to help customers optimize office Wi-Fi and network settings for a flawless HD Voice experience.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer-facing experience (Sales, Account Management, or Support).
• Technical curiosity and a "tinkerer" mindset, comfortable with technology.
• Communication clarity to explain complex technical ideas to less-technical audiences.
• Cloud Comfort: Proficiency with modern tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, able to switch between tasks seamlessly.
