What you will do
- Own onboarding end-to-end, ensuring a seamless experience that drives clarity, connection, and fast time-to-productivity.
- Plan and deliver bi-weekly onboarding sessions, facilitating core company onboarding.
- Continuously improve company-wide and function-specific onboarding in close partnership with leaders.
- Build and maintain practical onboarding resources, playbooks, templates, and toolkits.
- Support the development of scalable learning initiatives, including manager enablement and functional capability-building programs.
- Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and help design pragmatic, right-sized development initiatives aligned with business needs.
Requirements
- Experience in learning & development, people development, organizational development, consulting, HR, or similar program-driven environments.
- Experience designing and delivering onboarding or learning programs.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to turn ambiguity into clear, actionable plans.
- Confidence facilitating sessions and engaging groups in a practical, down-to-earth way.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to make complex topics simple and engaging.
- A proactive, improvement-oriented mindset and comfort working in a scaling company.
