Microsoft Azure Customer Experience Specialist (Azure): Growing the Azure practice and driving customer success by overseeing the sales pipeline and developing strategic business plans in collaboration with partners. Location: Hybrid role based in our Mississauga office, Canada, with opportunity to work 2 days remotely per week. Approximately 10% travel, primarily within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 CAD per year.

What you will do
- Grow the Azure practice and oversee the sales pipeline.
- Develop strategic business plans in collaboration with partners.
- Sell and renew company products and/or services via telephone or electronic means to assigned territory.
- Improve Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by driving customer success and minimizing churn.
- Lead Partner Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs).
- Manage end-to-end renewals to maximize retention and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements
- College Diploma or Degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field).
- Minimum 5-8 years of account management and/or business development experience selling Azure.
- IAAS experience is desired.
- AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Certification is a strong asset.
- Strong MS Office suite experience.
