What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for core product areas, from discovery and concept through implementation and iteration.
• Design AI-powered experiences that balance model capability, human intent, and developer workflow constraints.
• Create scalable interaction patterns for AI copilots, agent-driven workflows, and human-in-the-loop systems.
• Translate AI capabilities into clear, usable, and trustworthy interfaces.
• Partner closely with engineering and product to ship high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to and evolve a robust design system that supports complex, data-dense interfaces at scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience in high growth SaaS or developer-focused companies, with a portfolio demonstrating shipped, measurable impact.
• Proven experience designing AI-powered products.
• Familiarity with developer workflows and IDE environments (e.g., Cursor, VS Code, JetBrains, etc).
• Strong experience designing complex, data rich interfaces and systems heavy products.
• Demonstrated ability to use product metrics, user research, and experimentation to inform and defend design decisions.
• Design systems expertise.

• Ability to think in systems and connect short-term usability improvements to long-term product architecture.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and bringing structure through design.
