TL;DR

Remote Outbound Sales Representative: Managing a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads and prospects with an accent on delivering high-impact presentations and educating clients on financial services. Focus on strategically managing client relationships, mastering CRM tools, and driving the sales cycle for small businesses.

Location: Remote within AL, AZ, CT, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IN, MD, MN, NJ, NC, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT states only. Must be authorized to work in the United States. No visa sponsorship available. Working while traveling to other states or countries is not permitted.

Salary: $60,000–$120,000 OTE (yearly)

What you will do

  • Proactively manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
  • Deliver high-impact visual presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet.
  • Educate clients on the value of professional accounting and tax services through a consultative approach.
  • Strategically manage client relationships and provide exceptional follow-up.
  • Master our CRM system and other sales tools to efficiently manage your pipeline.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Expert communicator skilled at building trust and rapport with clients via phone and video calls.
  • Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Comfortable and adaptable with new technology to enhance workflow and client interactions.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment and is open to coaching and mentorship.
  • Must provide own equipment with CPU = Quad-Core, RAM = Minimum 8 GB, Internet = Minimum 25 Mbps Download/5 Mbps Upload, Operating System = Windows or Mac, Second monitor, webcam, headset.
  • Must work in a designated home office where you will not be at risk of being overheard.
