Salary: $115,000.00–$140,000.00 USD

What you will do

• Drive sales and revenue growth for Trading, Trust, and Custody solutions in the retirement and wealth industry.
• Establish and maintain key client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and cross-sell services.
• Lead the sales process from origination to close, including presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
• Collaborate with internal sales, account management, and support teams to provide expertise.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and travel frequently to client and prospect sites.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the retirement industry.
• Existing network of relationships in the retirement industry.
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales quotas.
• Ability to build and foster senior executive-level relationships and navigate complex organizations.
• Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
