• Execute on a user-first product vision for Customs filing software optimized for cost, compliance, and timeliness.
• Build a strategic vision for customs automation, creating short and long-term roadmaps.
• Become a domain expert, deeply understanding the market and competitive landscape.
• Develop simple and effective products that reduce the cognitive load on users.
• Dive into data, developing meaningful business objectives and metrics to measure progress.
• Establish and continuously improve hirify.global’s product processes.

Requirements

• ≥ 4 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience in B2B products.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience crafting long term vision and quarterly roadmaps from market insights and customer research.
• Ability to contribute to a highly complex set of products in a rapidly changing domain.
• Strong business acumen with curiosity to learn and become an expert on complex products.

• Experience in supply chain/logistics.
