Product Manager (Platform)

Product Manager (Platform): Building and optimizing core business capabilities from financial infrastructure to marketing technology with an accent on defining the product vision for scalable internal tools. Location: Hybrid (Rotterdam, Netherlands) with flexibility to work remotely for up to 2 months per year.

What you will do

• Manage internal Admin Panel and tooling as a core product, optimizing workflows for Sales and Managed Accounts teams.
• Partner with Marketing to define the roadmap for customer lifecycle stack, including attribution, affiliate networks, and CRM integrations.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure robust platform infrastructure and accurate, actionable data pipelines.
• Own the Payments & Payouts domain, ensuring compliant, scalable money flows and KYC/KYB processes.
• Champion the strategy for platform integrity, balancing security measures with low friction for users.
• Act as product custodian for the Kamernet platform, balancing stability with new opportunities and group capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a Marketplace, FinTech, or SaaS environment.
• Ability to think strategically about the product’s long-term vision and pay attention to execution details.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, managing multiple competing priorities effectively.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills, translating complex requirements into shared goals.
• Outcome-oriented approach, measuring success by business impact.
• Stakeholder empathy, prioritizing initiatives that truly move the needle for the company.
• Technical fluency to understand integrations, data flows, and platform architecture.
• Data-driven approach with experience in event-based analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude is a plus.
