What you will do

• Own the integrations domain end-to-end, setting clear direction in a complex environment.
• Lead discovery to uncover integration needs through user research, data analysis, and partner feedback.
• Collaborate with Engineering to shape technically sound solutions, understanding integration architectures.
• Communicate decisions clearly, setting context, documenting rationale, and aligning stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with integration partners while advocating for user experience.
• Own outcomes measured through adoption, reliability, and user satisfaction, shipping meaningful features regularly.

Requirements

• Product management experience shipping technical B2B SaaS products with demonstrated success.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, or platform products; familiarity with LTI standards, LMS platforms, and SSO protocols preferred.
• Strong product sense to identify real user problems, frame them strategically, and design solutions.
• Proficiency with AI tools and workflows (LLMs, automation tools, AI-assisted analysis).
• Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex ideas and influence through clarity and logic.
• Data-informed decision-making: comfortable defining metrics, analyzing usage, and validating hypotheses.
