What you will do

• Own strategic product domains from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Ensure strong customer understanding through research, data, and experimentation.
• Balance regulatory requirements (e.g., PSD2, KYC, AML) with user experience excellence.
• Monitor product performance and continuously optimize based on measurable outcomes.
• Contribute to the broader product culture and maturity within the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, including senior/lead/principal-level responsibility.
• Experience in fintech, digital banking, or a regulated scale-up environment.
• Strong understanding of regulated financial ecosystems (PSD2, KYC, AML).
• Experience building consumer-facing digital products.
• Proven ability to navigate stakeholder complexity and align diverse teams.
• Familiarity with the Dutch market and language is highly preferred.

• Experience building products for young audiences is a plus.
