What you will do

• Serve as a senior hands-on engineer, designing and implementing complex features for a SaaS Employee Experience platform.
• Improve system performance and reliability, and support the growth of other engineers.
• Translate architectural guidance into robust, maintainable microservices and APIs with focus on performance and reliability.
• Build and enhance services leveraging AWS serverless, event-driven, and container-based technologies.
• Ensure solutions adhere to authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, uphold best practices, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and observability initiatives.

Requirements

• Solid SaaS experience.
• Hands-on exposure to AWS managed & serverless technologies, including Microservices Architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and modern software engineering best practices.
• Experience in Node.js / TypeScript (including asynchronous programming and modular architecture) or Java (Spring Boot, concurrency, RESTful services).
• Experience implementing observability best practices (metrics, logging, tracing, alerting).
• Experience contributing to CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and automated testing.
