Director of Account Management (SaaS/Compensation): Leading and developing a high-performing Account Management team responsible for customer retention and growth across hirify.global's core customer base with an accent on driving GDR and NDR targets. Focus on building scalable AM processes, coaching the team for commercial success, and championing the voice of the customer internally.
Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA & New York, NY). Teams are together in-person on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Salary: $280,000 OTE

What you will do
- Own and drive Gross Dollar Retention (GDR) and Net Dollar Retention (NDR) targets across the customer base.
- Lead, coach, and performance manage a team of Account Managers.
- Design and implement scalable account coverage models, renewal forecasting, and customer health scoring.
- Partner with Sales to identify and convert expansion opportunities, and foster customer advocacy.
- Establish an efficient, low-touch coverage model for downmarket and pre-ICP customers.
- Synthesize AM feedback, escalations, and product gaps into actionable input for R&D.
Requirements
- 7+ years of post-sales B2B SaaS experience, with at least 3 years in an AM leadership role owning retention/expansion metrics.
- Demonstrated track record of improving NDR and GDR.
- Strong commercial instincts and comfort leading renewal negotiations.
- Experience building and scaling AM processes from the ground up.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and performance manage high-performing AM teams.
- Deep cross-functional credibility with Sales, Product, and Marketing.
- Strong communication and executive presence.
- Experience at a high-growth startup is strongly preferred.
