Location: Position is remote but must be based in the Pacific Northwest, with ability to travel.
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity + Bonus

What you will do
- Own all customer relationships throughout the contract, serving as the primary interface between customers and the engineering team.
- Represent the voice of the customer to engineers and support customers with platform updates, workflows, and features.
- Interpret complex data sources, including dashboards and metrics, to ensure users maximize their ability within hirify.global.
- Build deep relationships with agency stakeholders through onsite visits.
- Drive full user adoption and long-term customer relationships, solving challenging problems with empathy.
- Partner with other teams to develop case studies and success stories.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of direct experience supporting customers to adopt technical software solutions.
- Significant experience in the enterprise software space.
- Ability to listen to and synthesize user feedback, acting as the first line of support.
- Demonstrated successful track record of zero churn and positive net revenue retention.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate technical and non-technical concepts.
- Ability to travel ~60% of the time.

- Previous work directly or in a vendor relationship with law enforcement, public safety, or the military.
- Startup experience.
