What you will do

  • Administering and maintaining the environments that support robotic processes, including running processes, managing VDIs and reviewing logs.
  • Managing and investigating process exceptions and production incidents, supporting timely resolution of issues.
  • Supporting the introduction of new automations into production and assisting with testing activities.
  • Providing operational performance insight, including MI, and continually evaluating the quality and efficiency of automations.
  • Delivering small BAU changes and fixes to ensure automations continue to meet customer and business needs.
  • Communicating with stakeholders and helping to manage expectations across the production lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Experience working with digital or automated processes in a production environment.
  • Understanding of automation concepts and Blue Prism.
  • Good knowledge of core office software and confidence working with data.
  • Some understanding of SQL and the ability to run basic database queries.
  • An interest in or exposure to programming languages that complement automation (e.g. VB, C#).
  • Ability to work collaboratively within Agile or DevOps environments.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly.
  • A proactive approach, with good analytical skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
