What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B customers to achieve sales targets and strategic goals.
- Lead the renewal of energy contracts for large and prestigious customers.
- Identify new growth opportunities and actively contribute to achieving revenue and margin targets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the contractual relationship.
- Actively monitor the energy market, competition, and sales performance indicators.
- Collaborate internally across teams to improve sales processes.
Requirements
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex contract structures.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in French, Dutch and English.
- Customer-focused mindset with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of the Belgian energy landscape.
- Confidence using CRM tools and pipeline management.
- Effective organisational skills.
