What you will do

• Provide disciplinary leadership and professional development for team members.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, physics, or an equivalent field.
• Proven leadership experience with strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Professional experience in satellite projects, specifically in spacecraft operations.
• Pro-active, self-managed working style with the ability to coordinate teams.
• Working level proficiency in written and spoken English (German is an advantage).
