About the Role

You will identify and source relevant partners across token communities, DeFi protocols, gaming, and Web3 infrastructure. You will build and prioritize a structured partnership pipeline, develop tailored value propositions and partner materials, lead activations from agreement to go-live, measure MAU and revenue impact, and run post-launch analysis to scale successes.

Requirements

Proven experience in business development or partnerships within the crypto industry
Strong existing network across ecosystems, token projects, DeFi, gaming, or Web3
Experience structuring co-marketing and commercial partnership deals
Strong negotiation skills and ability to balance strategic and commercial interests
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and optimizing partnership performance
English proficiency at C1/C2 level

Responsibilities

Identify and source relevant projects across ecosystems, token communities, DeFi protocols, gaming, and Web3 infrastructure
Leverage cold and warm introductions and segment the internal partner database
Build and prioritize a structured pipeline of high-impact partnership opportunities
Develop tailored value propositions from co-marketing to commercial B2C and B2B deals
Prepare partner-facing materials including partner decks and customized proposals
Lead partnership activation from agreement to go-live
Measure impact on MAU growth, B2C/B2B revenue, and CAC via partnerships
Conduct post-analysis to evaluate results and scale successful models
