What you will do

• Identify and source high-potential projects across crypto ecosystems, token communities, DeFi protocols, gaming, and Web3 infrastructure.
• Build and prioritize a structured pipeline of high-impact partnership opportunities.
• Develop tailored value propositions and prepare partner-facing materials for key segments.
• Lead partnership activation from agreement to go-live.
• Measure impact on MAU growth, B2C/B2B revenue, and customer acquisition cost through partnerships.
• Conduct post-analysis to evaluate success and scale effective collaboration models.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development or partnerships within the crypto industry.
• Strong existing network across ecosystems, token projects, DeFi, gaming, or Web3.
• Experience structuring co-marketing and commercial partnership deals.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to balance strategic and commercial interests.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
• English proficiency at C1/C2 level required.
