TL;DR

Business Analyst Intern (Ecommerce): Analyzing client marketplace performance data to identify trends and propose actionable strategies, and developing engaging client materials. Focus on conducting market research to inform client strategies and hirify.global's product direction, and collaborating on high-impact internal projects with international teams.

Location: Onsite in London Soho, UK

What you will do

Perform insightful business analyses to identify trends and propose actionable strategies for client marketplace performance.
Develop engaging client presentations and workshop materials in English.
Conduct market research on the e-commerce landscape to inform client strategies and product direction.
Drive cross-functional internal projects with international teams.
Provide strategic support to Customer Success leadership with daily activities and special projects.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with a focus on Business, Economics, or a related field.
Deep interest or first experience in the e-commerce industry.
Detail-oriented with very strong analytical skills.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, capable of creating compelling data visualizations and presentations.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) required.
Eligible for internship in London.
