What you will do

• Work closely with the business and/or third parties to translate needs into effective solutions and processes.
• Effectively engage with mid to senior level stakeholders.
• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and management.
• Manage requirements in response to changing circumstances to ensure business agility.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst with an in-depth understanding of the product lifecycle.
• Proven experience as an Agile BA, with a focus on digital transformation projects.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles, methodologies, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience in leading requirements for large projects/initiatives.
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment, where continual change and agility is the norm.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience with Regulatory requirements within the Sports Betting industry across multiple global jurisdictions, including the UK and Ireland.
