What you will do
- Conduct business analysis to support objectives and answer business questions.
- Collaborate with BI teams in London, New York, Hong Kong, Data Quality, and IT to resolve issues.
- Compile mailing lists for catalogues and mailing campaigns and run ad hoc queries/reports.
- Liaise with technical staff and business users to communicate data quality requirements for Asia.
- Regularly review and ensure the quality of Asian client information within the Client System.
- Support day-to-day sales functions, including telephone, absentee, and online bids, and clerking.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese is essential.
- Highly proficient with MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Good understanding of Sotheby’s business and external factors affecting the company.
- Be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently to meet goals and deadlines.
Nice to have
- Fluent Mandarin.
- Not less than 2 years relevant experience in business analysis, data mining, and execution of database campaigns.
- VBA proficiency in Excel.
