What you will do
- Lead and support multiple engineering teams and their managers, focusing on career development through coaching and performance management.
- Own end-to-end delivery for your teams, ensuring projects are planned, executed, and delivered in a timely and high-quality manner.
- Partner closely with Product, Design, Data Science, and business stakeholders to align technical delivery to business outcomes.
- Support technical direction and architecture without being deeply hands-on with code, driving alignment in cross-team dependencies.
- Champion engineering best practices across teams, promoting quality and fostering a culture of technical innovation.
- Drive operational excellence, ensuring robust monitoring, alerting, and incident management processes.
