Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience with significant experience as a software engineer.
• 2+ years of engineering management experience.
• Ability to work closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders to drive high-impact products.
• A track record of shipping creative solutions and owning success end-to-end.
• Passion for growing individuals and providing career opportunities.
• Willingness to dig in on code and architecture, with a bias towards iterative improvements.
