What you will do
- Lead a team of technical Economic Crime Prevention (ECP) subject matter experts, providing proactive operational support.
- Act as a key point of contact for the ECP Platform, supporting and influencing successful change delivery.
- Represent ECP Operations on Committees and Forums, collaborating with Risk and Compliance teams.
- Drive customer and colleague experience, championing a continuous improvement mindset.
- Lead the design and implementation of a compliance program, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- Manage and mitigate risk across your team and the wider business, contributing to the Payments Operations Leadership Team.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading and guiding technical teams through change and innovation programs.
- Strong technical background in Economic Crime Prevention (ECP) and experience running technical ECP teams.
- Relevant product and industry experience, including close collaboration with risk and compliance functions.
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
