Location: Remote from Poland

is expanding its engineering team to build scalable backend and AI-powered services.
What you will do
- Own features end to end, from product design and architecture through deployment.
- Plan, design, and develop systems with complex performance and scalability requirements.
- Design, maintain, and contribute to the company’s code infrastructure.
- Build and maintain robust, scalable server-side architecture.
- Integrate large language models and vector databases.
- Develop AI-powered API endpoints and services.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience designing and developing production-grade backend applications.
- Strong Python development experience.
- Solid experience with databases, preferably SQL.
- Experience working with large-scale systems and networking infrastructure.
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex, or with third-party AI APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, learning, and adaptability skills.
Nice to have
- Cybersecurity experience.
