What you will do
- Contribute to the product vision and strategy for instants game management products.
- Lead customer engagements to gather needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Own and oversee all stages of product creation, from elaboration to acceptance testing.
- Define, manage, and deliver the team's backlog, prioritizing features for maximum value.
- Create customer-specific artifacts like Business Process Flows and Functional Specifications.
- Provide guidance and support to customers to drive product usage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in a business systems analysis or product owner role managing complex features.
- Strong understanding of agile software development methods and modern product management concepts.
- Experience with JIRA and/or Polarion is strongly desired.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to influence without authority and manage multiple competing initiatives.
- Ability to travel internationally (up to 15% of time).
- Ability to work across multiple time zones internationally.
Nice to have
- Sound understanding of the technical aspects of transaction processing products (e.g., lottery, core banking system, or fintech).
