What you will do
- Hire, coach, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives
- Build and iterate on data-driven outbound and inbound prospecting strategies
- Foster high performance, accountability, and skill development in sales, product, and industry knowledge
- Motivate the team through creative incentives and regular reporting on results
- Identify improvements in processes, efficiency, and productivity
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing on key initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years management experience in software sales or 5+ years as a SaaS Account Executive
- Experience building and scaling SDR teams from the ground up
- Consistent track record of 100%+ quota achievement as an individual contributor
- Proven success in an SDR Manager role managing and improving KPIs
- Passionate about early career development in a fast-paced startup environment
- Self-starter, creative, detail-oriented, team player with high integrity
