What you will do

  • Develop your territory by building meaningful relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts to become a trusted advisor.
  • Create new opportunities by partnering with marketing and demand generation teams on strategic campaigns.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial conversation to close, maintaining accurate forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Conduct research on prospective customers' business goals and technology stacks to identify value opportunities.
  • Continuously grow product knowledge to confidently demonstrate the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B software or technology sales with a proven track record of acquiring new customers and logos.
  • Motivated, hunter-first, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based or SaaS sales models.
  • Strong relationship-building and effective communication skills.
  • Collaborative approach to working with Solution Consultants and marketing teams.
  • Must have valid work authorization; visa sponsorship is not provided.
