What you will do

• Own and actively manage one core inbound channel end-to-end (PPC, AI tools traffic, or organic acquisition).
• Identify and implement growth opportunities across existing inbound channels (SEO, website, PPC, referral, AI-driven discovery platforms, directories).
• Monitor traffic quality and conversion points, proposing and implementing improvements.
• Coordinate and set tasks for channel specialists (SEO specialist, website owner, PPC specialist, crowd marketer).
• Review channel performance regularly and prioritize improvements based on data.
• Support landing page and content optimization from an acquisition and conversion perspective.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, inbound marketing, performance marketing, or SEO-driven acquisition.
• Strong hands-on experience managing at least one inbound channel independently (PPC, SEO, directories, or acquisition via emerging channels such as AI tools).
• Ability to analyze performance data and identify actionable growth opportunities.
• Experience optimizing acquisition funnels.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working in B2B environment (preferably IT services, SaaS, or tech companies).
